Inclusia Creative is a made-up recruitment service for the creative industry, connecting candidates with inclusive employers and providing training to employers on common disabilities.
Inclusia needed a vibrant visual identity to communicate their mission – which is to make opportunities in the creative industry more accessible to a wider variety of different people.
I began by researching competitors like Flexa, Glassdoor, and Otta, as well as the target audience, which includes parents, carers, and people with disabilities seeking flexible or remote work, along with marketing agencies aiming to improve diversity and inclusion.
From this research, Inclusia’s unique focus emerged: a genuine passion for celebrating individuality at work. From there, I was then able to develop a moodboard, with creative expression and individuality being the core focus.
The resulting visual identity uses a palette of blue, yellow, pink, and green – all being opposite ends of the colour wheel, symbolising different working styles. The logo then also composed of different shapes, each representing a unique personality.
